Star Cleaners Refund Policy

Star Cleaners operates as a donation-based service in alignment with Golden Door Mission.

When you bring garments to us, your contribution is given in support of the care provided and the greater mission in motion. It is not a payment for a reversible exchange.

All contributions are final.

Because garment care is a process that begins immediately and cannot be undone once carried out, contributions are non-refundable under all circumstances.

By submitting garments and offering a contribution, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • All contributions are final

  • No refunds, returns, or cancellations once garments have been received or care has begun

  • Results may vary depending on fabric condition, age, and prior treatment

  • Stain and odor removal cannot be guaranteed

  • Any concerns must be shared within 24 hours of receiving your garments for review only

  • If something does not feel right, we will take the time to review and, when appropriate, offer re-cleaning or adjustment with care and intention.

  • Star Cleaners serves as a vessel of provision supporting Golden Door Mission. Each contribution helps sustain ongoing outreach, care, and support for individuals, families, and communities in need.

  • By participating in this offering, you enter in full understanding and acceptance of this policy.

Golden Door Refund Policy

Golden Door Mission operates through voluntary contributions offered in support of its mission and outreach.

All contributions are final.

When a contribution is made, it is given with the understanding that it becomes part of a living flow of support serving individuals, families, and communities through ongoing care, resources, and outreach already in motion. For this reason, contributions are non-refundable under any circumstances.

By giving, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Contributions are given voluntarily in support of the mission and its work.

  • Funds may be allocated where they are most needed to sustain ongoing outreach.

I agree and acknowledge that Golden Door Mission DBA Star Cleaners WA is private, private membership, and non-commercial and this agreement is entered into knowingly, and with full disclosure. I waive any and all Rights to seek remedy, reimbursement and/or compensation. We do not engage in standard commercial transactions; we build meaningful relationships. The care of your garments is our chosen tool for a much larger mission. When you align with us, 100% of the in-kind gifts and exchanges we receive directly support spiritual leadership development, family wellness, and outreach programs designed to alleviate everyday burdens and change the world, One Life At A Time. This agreement is structured as a Service Joint Partnership, allowing forward-thinking entities and aligned individuals to maintain impeccable standards, engage in energetic alignment, fuel meaningful change, and receive records of stewardship.
